Tables and chairs lost their varnish a long time ago with wear and tear marks everywhere. Kind of small to begin with these partition walls between tables that make it feel like a being in a rat maze. The first thing you'll notice and a little off putting is the dining room itself. Visited this place with the family for the first time because they have pretty good coupons hidden in the junk mail but I'll say if your really into fresh custom stir fry with limited bar you'll feel right at home. I could clearly hear the woman whispering rude comments under her breath and she had a very rude tone of voice, kept sighing as if I was inconveniencing her.
I told her it was ok if they couldn’t deliver and that I will pick up the order instead but she kept interrupting me and talking over me telling me to order from the other location, which I told her was further away than they were. where one corner is considered Peoria, the other is Glendale and a mile down is considered Phoenix). She asked my address but as soon as she heard “Phoenix”, she said no to me and kept trying to push me to order from a different location that was actually further from where I lived. I asked if they could deliver and she seemed annoyed by that. The lady who answers the phone was very rude. Since it has not been recently, I called to place an order for delivery/pick up. We have been ordering take out from here for years and took advantage of ordering Abacus on DoorDash/Postmates when it was available. This is one of my family’s favorite restaurants.įood is great, prepared and ready quickly.
